They have classes available for every fitness level, and you get to see other users who are taking the class at the same time as you as well as participate in challenges they set on the app. The Peloton app is fully compatible with the Health app and can sync to smartwatches.

Nike Training

The free Nike Training app is not only loaded with a variety of great workouts, but it also offers fun programs and bootcamps for its users. It helps you keep track of your workouts and logs activity both on the app and in your Health app. They offer multiple different types of classes, from Yoga to HIIT to body burns, and they have a whole section for at-home workouts. The workouts are updated regularly to keep things fresh, and they even offer livestream classes.

CorePower Yoga

For yoga lovers, CorePower is a name you’ve likely heard before. For $19.99 a month, they offer access to unlimited livestream and on-demand classes. They offer fun classes that mix with Pilates techniques to create a unique form of yoga. Although studios are closed, they still run daily live classes you can attend. Students also get a special discount, which you can find more information about on the website.

Amazon Prime Video

Thought Amazon Prime Video was just for movies? For any Amazon Prime members, you get access to Prime video, including online workout videos. Just search ‘fitness’ into the search bar to get started working out! There are all different kinds of workout videos available and you’re sure to find something you like.

MadFit

MadFit is a popular YouTube channel that uploads at-home workouts. She offers a lot of really great at-home workouts and even posts low-impact workouts and guided stretches for something less intense. Many of her workouts are also themed to music from popular artists like Tiesto or The Weeknd.

Natacha Oceane

Natacha Oceane is a YouTuber/fitness Instagrammer who frequently posts workouts on her channel in addition to nutrition and other fitness videos. She guides you through a lot of different types of workouts and is also a great resource when it comes to nutrition.

Chloe Ting

Chloe Ting is a fitness influencer who recently shot to popularity for her effective at-home workouts. She offers a huge range of workouts targeting different muscle groups and also posts food and nutrition videos. Her two-week challenges are what got her popular and she offers a ton of free workout programs on her YouTube page.
