The free Nike Training app is not only loaded with a variety of great workouts, but it also offers fun programs and bootcamps for its users. It helps you keep track of your workouts and logs activity both on the app and in your Health app. They offer multiple different types of classes, from Yoga to HIIT to body burns, and they have a whole section for at-home workouts. The workouts are updated regularly to keep things fresh, and they even offer livestream classes.
